Client Services Coordinator

Status: Full time, Part time

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for taking calls inquiring about services, scheduling caregivers to fill shifts for clients, matching client needs to appropriate caregivers and supporting caregiver recruitment efforts. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and good organizational skills.

Qualifications:
You should have the ability to recognize the special needs of elderly clients and others in the home and be able to communicate with the client and their families in an effective, mature and caring manner. Individual must be dependable, responsible and exhibit a pleasant personality.

	Detailed-oriented individual with ability to handle multiple tasks and work well within a team environment

	Two years medical office/healthcare experience or similar work would be a plus

	Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft applications

	Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills

	Must posses the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people , and interact professionally as a member of the SCHC team

	Must possess a strong commitment to the goals, mission and philosophy of the company

	Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle confidential nature of assignments in a professional manner

	Flexibility, ability to adapt to changing organizational needs
