Live-In Services

This service is available for clients requiring 24 hour care. A live-in caregiver provides a combination of homemaking and companion services.

	Assists and instructs in maintaining and managing a safe environment for the client – monitors client to reduce risk of slips and falls
	Follows written Care Plan developed by the family, Senior Choice Home Care Case Manager (Licensed RN) and client
	Assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
	Teaches home management skills and encouragement of self help attitude
	Plans and prepares nutritious meals including special diets
	Provides reminders of medication to be taken
	Documents all tasks performed
	Escort to and from appointments
	Assist with shopping and errands
	24-hour care and safety supervision
	Monitored by Senior Choice Home Care staff RN
